Many of our users know Para as the app that provides its users with the ability to see the full payout of DoorDash deliveries, others know that we originally started out as a tool to help independent workers identify how they were able to receive government support at the beginning of the pandemic, but we are absolutely more than just this.
We are very excited to announce the launch of ParaWorks!
ParaWorks is a brand new feature within the Para app designed to introduce independent contractors to new earning opportunities provided by driver-friendly businesses.
Whether you are looking to complete an on-demand delivery, or sign up for a shift with hourly pay, Para now can connect you with new work.
This all connects back to our company mission: to give YOU the tools you need to support your business, help you earn more, and stress less.
ParaWorks is the next step that Para is taking to build a 'personal dispatch' system for each driver, built to put you in charge. One that will scan across all your relevant opportunities and optimizes for you & your preferences.

How Do I Access ParaWorks?
- With our most recent app update, ParaWorks can be found at the bottom of the screen. By clicking on the WORKS tab, you will now be able to sign up to see earning opportunities (many cities are still waitlist only). Be the first to know and work with us!
- If you are interested in learning more about our available earning opportunities, please fill out the inputs and select 'I'm interested!'. From there, a Para team member will reach out to you and share more information about the earning opportunity when it is available. It may take us some time for our small team to find opportunities everywhere, so thanks in advance for your patience!
How do I complete the Work?
- We envision the Para app to be the one-stop shop for everything you need. However, for now, the Para team will be in communication with you sharing the important, in-depth details on the job in real time.
When will ParaWorks be available in my city?
- We are partnering with many Gig-Worker-friendly companies across the country but will initially launch in major markets. If you would like your city to be considered, please reach out to works@withpara.com
